About This Project
We developed and assisted in implementing the sales and marketing strategy for one of their product ranges for mobile phone manufacturers and account managed those customers. We prepared plans and assisted in setting up a Korean subsidiary. We also assisted in sourcing vendors and the development of their quality system and provided management consultancy to the company’s CEO, Business Development Director and Operations Director.
